We’ve gathered, what we think, are some great natural beauty hacks and above all, a brilliant way to use up any of those unwanted fruits and veg that maybe sitting in the bowl and not being eaten.
Remove that pre-made face mask from your shopping basket and pick up an avocado instead. Some of the best natural face masks are made from avocado and are renowned for rejuvenating your skin. As well as containing Vitamin C and E which help to create elastin and collagen,ii maintaining the skin’s firmness, avocado is also high in oleic acid content which helps to keep moisture in your skin leaving your face feeling soft and hydrated.iii
For your avocado and honey facemask, just mix together one fully ripe avocado with a tablespoon of honey and stir well until it forms a paste. Apply an even layer to your face and leave for 15-20 minutes.
When it comes to our hair, it’s important that we look after it ladies and gents! It’s great to have a regular hair routine going on, and many of you probably have your go-to products, but every once in a while why not shake it up a little? Have you ever noticed that many shampoos have strawberry extract in them? Well, they do and let us give you a little more insight. Apply to your hair for approximately 20 minutes and wash off with cold water.
